Effective September 5, 2003, Dayton Mall has instituted a Parental Escort Policy on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 4 p.m. and closing. Anyone under the age of 16 visiting Dayton Mall must be accompanied by a parent or adult escort 21 years of age or older after 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

• One parent or adult escort (21 years of age or older) is permitted to supervise up to 8 youths.
• Youths under 16 must remain within the company of their adult escort, and under their supervision and control.
• Parents between the ages of 16 and 20 visiting the mall with their children may obtain visit passes from Guest Services located near JCPenney.
• Visitors are responsible to carry acceptable proof of age (i.e. photo identification with date of birth including driver’s license, state ID, military or college ID, passport or visa).
