| During this Magical Season of Giving, Dayton Mall will create a little magic for lucky shoppers by awarding five $1,000 gift cards just in time for the holidays!
Each week from November 21 through December 20, Dayton Mall will select one winner at random from all submitted entry forms. The winners can use the Dayton Mall gift card at all of our 150 fine store and restaurants to find those perfect holday gifts!

form, or hand print your first/last name, street, address, city, state, zip
code, telephone number and email address on a 3”x 5” card and mail in
a hand addressed envelope to: Dayton Mall, Magical Season Giveaway,
2700 Miamisburg Centerville Road, Dayton, OH 45459. Limit one entry
per envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2009
and received no later than December 21, 2009. Winners will be notified
by phone & email. Employees of Dayton Mall, their management agents,
affiliates, subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to enter or win.
